VISION & MISSION

“till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect

man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;” (Eph. 4:13)

“EQUIPPING THE SAINTS – RELEASING END TIME LEADERS!”

The present-day church will not transcend the glory of the early church until we first re-assimilate, duplicate and reproduce what we see in the life and vitality of the church in the New Testament.  This will require that we embrace again what our early brothers and sisters possessed especially in terms of devotion, doctrine, order, and practice. Part of the vitality of the early church was the anointed and empowered ministry & manifestation of the Word of God. The Five-fold ministry gifts (Eph. 4:11) are designed by God to demonstrate to the Church the multifaceted ministry of the Christ. Jesus Christ is the living Word of God. The purpose and primary function of the five-fold ministry is to minister and serve the Word to the Body, which contain what we call New Testament Realities (NTR). These NTR will all work to bring about God's changeless ultimate intention to have a family of sons for Himself, a Body and Bride for His Son, and a holy habitation for His Spirit.  These will help to fulfill the goal and the destiny of the Body to properly fit the Head. His Church is to be built according to divine pattern with the Lord Jesus Christ as her Head, Foundation, Capstone, and Cornerstone. Our desire is to see the manifestation of the person, presence, and power of God.

An ongoing part of the call of our ministry is to raise up, identify, train, and develop high quality Kingdom disciples, leaders, and ministry gifts. We believe that “what” is wrong with the world is in many cases, the Church and what is wrong with the Church is the current state of her leadership and membership. School of Equipping (SOE) is strategically called to advance "God's Plan A" for the equipping of the saints, for the work of the ministry and the edifying of the Body by providing a vehicle to effectively facilitate God's will (Eph. 4:11-16).

We are also concerned for the global, future Church in terms of ministry gifts, leaders, church planters and disciples being developed now for near future assignments. Our concern relative to future leaders also stems to "what" is being handed off to them in terms of beliefs and worldviews. Thus, the need for SOE is an imperative one!

For those who recognize the need to be made better, more effective, more knowledgeable and more capable, School of Equipping just may be what you need to launch you into the next levels in God relative to your call and gifting!
